Matt Hardy, Fire Safe Services’ Technical Compliance Manager is celebrating his tenth anniversary working with the company.
Matt joined Fire Safe Services in 2009 from Landrover and started here as an engineer. He progressed through the business and is currently responsible for all aspects of compliance, quality, procedures, health and safety and training in the role of Technical Compliance Manager.
Nick Fenton, Fire Safe Services’ Managing Director comments: “Matt’s skills came into their own as he worked his way up through the business, for example re-writing contracts and pro-actively exploring ways to efficiently improve our systems and procedures. Matt’s latest achievement is securing accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation for Fire Safe which is a huge plus point for our staff and team.”
Matt Hardy adds: “I am driven by improving procedures and ensuring that Fire Safe Services can run as efficiently as possible, offering the best possibly solutions for our customers, but committing too to being an employer who works hard for their employees and their wellbeing at all times.”
