Fire Safe Services is delighted to have won a 12 month contract with WM Housing Group, based in Coventry.
The contract gives Fire Safe Services responsibility for fire alarm maintenance and repairs throughout WM Housing’s 426 sites across the West Midlands. As part of that, Fire Safe Services is working with WM Housing to gather full asset information for the sites and provide condition reports.
Following a tender and interview process, Fire Safe was selected based on competitive, realistic pricing and quality standards due to its accreditations and Gent 24 status (WM Housing implement a number of Gent systems).
Commenting on the contract, Fire Safe Services’ General Manager Steven Dowell: “This is a great contract for us to have won as it is perfectly suited to our expertise in terms of products and maintenance.”
